Equipping
MSI is equipping Pastors and Leaders to both call, and train, others to do the work of evangelism. It’s at the heart of MSI, because it is Mike Silva’s heart. “We exist [as a ministry],” Silva says, “to proclaim The Gospel, yes! However, we are equally passionate, and committed to, investing in the local Church and cultivating disciples.”
We are a ministry fervently seeking to raise up the next generation of believers through evangelism and discipleship. Our goal is life transformation that begins with a clear exposition of God’s Word. Utilizing Scripture as the foundation; we teach and empower leaders to reproduce Christ-followers, who impact their communities and culture with the hope of The Gospel. Why? Because, The Gospel of Jesus Christ, changes everything!
How does MSI equip?
- Training Events – Before and after our events, we conduct several Pastors and Leaders training opportunities, at no cost.
- Strategic Partnerships – Our partners have come alongside us to enrich our equipping efforts. They include ministries like: Living on the Edge, Dare2Share, Rooted Experience, and Sonlife.
- Resources – MSI supplies free bibles, books, and printed resources that provide the tools necessary to empower these leaders to effectively pass on what they have received, to others.
